C’est avec le cœur lourd que nous annonçons le décès de Lucia Iacovelli – épouse, mère et tante bien-aimée.

Lucia Iacovelli est décédée le 25 avril 2022 à l’âge de 62 ans après un courageux combat contre le cancer, chez elle à Montréal entourée de son mari Ted Ardelli et de ses enfants Jared et Alicia.

Ceux qui l’ont connue se souviendront d’elle comme d’une personne courageuse et généreuse au grand cœur qui a toujours fait passer les besoins des autres avant les siens. Sa gentillesse, sa générosité et sa chaleur se perpétueront dans sa mémoire.

Elle est prédécédée par ses parents Angela Taldone et Giuseppe Iacovelli. Elle laisse dans le deuil son frère Antonio (Ester), sa soeur Michelina (Tony) et d’innombrables parents et amis.

Un merci spécial aux infirmières et aux médecins du CLSC, de la Société de soins palliatifs à domicile du Grand Montréal et du Centre du cancer des Cèdres.

Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la Fondation du cancer des Cèdres seraient appréciés par la famille.


Lieu de funérailles

Les funérailles auront lieu le 2 mai 2022 à 13:00 à Eglises Marie-Auxiliatrice (8555 Bd Maurice-Duplessis, Montréal, QC H1E 4H7), suivie par l'inhumation au cimetière Notre Dame des Neiges (4601 Ch. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V 1E7)

  1. I’ve known her son Jared since high school, we were friends since then. I extend my condolences for the passing of your mom. Although I have not had the chance to meet her, I imagine she was a caring, loving mother for you and your sister, and was a wonderful person between the relatives. Her battle with cancer was commendable, given the difficulties it brings. May God bless her and may she have a peaceful time for eternity in heaven.

  3. It is with a heavy heart that I learn the passing of Lucia. Lucia was great coworker and someone I will miss dearly. My sincerest condolences the entire family.     It is with a heavy heart that I learn of your untimely passing. You were a great coworker at Regent Industries (Annabelle & Caroline Cosmetics) & my subsequent Supervisor at our time at Groupe Marcelle on Rachel Street. You were always pleasant to work with and I will never forget about that. We confided in each other and shared a special bond.     Worked with Lucia many years ago at Annabelle and always remember her as a very patient, kind and lovely lady, who had a good word for everybody around.
    Very sad to hear such sad news. Can only imagine how much she will be missed.
