June 13th 1958- January 4th, 2024

It is with deep sadness that we announce that Mr Frank Rull Jr went to meet his heavenly father peacefully on January 4th, 2024 at 4am at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital after a 2 year long courageous and valiant battle with cancer.

Today we say goodbye to a beautiful soul, Frank was a faithful and loving husband to his devoted wife Lorna Lavallee. Son of the late Ferenc Rull and late Margit Palázsy and brother to Krisztina Rull Sári (late Károly Sári Jr.). A most wonderful father to Emily Rull (Dominique Genest), Sebastian Rull, Kristina Larochelle, Charles Lavallée (Melissa Giguère) and Pascal Clermont (Rita Santos). A devoted grandfather to Mickael, Jasmine, Johnny, Shalissa, James, Elisabeth, Emily-Grace and Prince. He is fondly remembered by his sisters and brother-in-laws, as well as his cousins in the United States, Hungary, Poland and Germany. He was an amazing and loyal friend and truly one of a kind bringing joy wherever he went.

Frank was an avid motorcycle enthusiast with a zest for life and the ourdoors. He marched with the scouts where all became family and shared his passion for life and mechanics with any who would listen. He worked at Air Canada for 25 years where he worked hard and made meaningful connections.

We welcome you join us at the viewing arranged at Loreto funeral home, 4975 boul. Des Grandes Prairies, saint-Léonard Qc, on on friday January 12th from 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm.

The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday January 13th, at Our Lady of Hungary Church, 90 Guizot Ouest, Montreal at 8h30 am. From there we will proceed to the cemetary where we will lay him to rest at the Aspen Funeral Complex (Cimitière et Complexe Funéraire Des Trembles) at 15005 rue Sherbrooke est, Qc H1A 3X1.

We welcome all those who would like to join us for a drink and snacks after the burial on Saturday to our home with open arms. If you wish to, please reach out to us for our address.

In lieu of flowers, we would ask that donations be made to The Canadian Cancer society so that they may continue to research;
