It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nick Di Iorio on Sunday, January 1st, 2023, at the young age of 53. Beloved husband of Elizabeth Gurreri and wonderful father to Alyssa (Chris) and David. Nick lived a life surrounded by loved ones who cherished him. It was his greatest pleasure to make people smile. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Place of funeral
The funeral will take place on January 9, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Mont Carmel church (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S 2A1) followed by burial at Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery (4601 Ch. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V 1E7)

My heart aches on the loss of your beloved husband Nick, He was one of the nicest persons I have ever met 25yrs ago and to reconnect at my present work place and to be able to reminisce 6months prior to this devasting loss.Keep strong, our thought and prayers go out to the whole family especially to you&your children which Nick was so proud.

I am so so sad that Nick passed away at his young age. He died at 53 ,same age as my father, and I just feel that Nick is missing his sweet wife and children growing and grand children and family. And all of us will miss his ever present good humor, smile ,demeanor, kindness and generosity

Remember there is always a help to everyone in life even to you, If you need any help please count on me because there is more happiness in given, than there is in receiving says on Acts 20:35. There’s principles from the holy scriptures that help to cope with grief an one of them says the eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous and his ears listen to their cry. My dear Liz to cope with grief at times you may want to be alone and sometimes you may feel irritated at those who wants to help you but this reactions or feelings are going to be normal, but remember we all need others for support just let us know what you need on any moment. Please remember if you need to express or to cry, or not to express or not cry. Just feel your emotions and go on with them one day at a time. Remember expressing our feelings in prayer to God is more than good therapy and our Creator use his power to confort us. With all my heart and Love for you and family.
