Peacefully and surrounded by her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters, on Thursday, June 8, 2023, a couple of days shy of her 90th birthday. Predeceased by her beloved husband Lorenzo Belmonte. Loving mother of Franca (Marco Ivan) and the late Maria Angela Belmonte. Adoring Nonna to Andrea and Alissa.
She leaves behind her nieces Rosa (Pasquale) and Barbara (Franco), sister Erminia (the late Alfredo) and brother Antonio (Virginia) from Italy, niece Michelle from Boca Raton, FL, nephew Amedeo (Linda) from Boca Raton, FL and niece Maria (David) from Long Island, NY.
In accordance with Luisa’s wishes, the family respectfully requests no flowers.
The family also asks for mourners to attend the burial at St-François d’Assise cemetery (plot E102) at 1:30PM on Tuesday, June 13, as the viewing at the funeral home will be strictly for the immediate family.

Thank you everyone for your beautiful and comforting words towards my beloved mother and my immediate family. We miss her dearly. My mother was a friend of friends .She was the most intelligent woman ever. She gave the most precise advices ever. We were blessed having my mom in our lives. Daddy and Maria Angela embrace mom in heaven with pride and love.
