It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Giacinto Morsella on March 4, 2024, at the age of 87. He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 64 years, Maria, his loving daughters Lina (Federico) and Erica (Tony), his cherished grandchildren, Eric, David, Michael, Nicholas, Gabriel, his sisters-in-law, Maria, Silvia, Teresa, his nieces and nephews, relatives, along with many friends in Canada and in his beloved hometown of San Pietro in Valle.
Over and above his fierce love for his family, he had a strong civic passion leading and growing the Asssociazione Frosolonese, along with his neighborhood park association, Club L’Espérance, for many years.
Place of funeral
The funeral will take place on March 15, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Our Lady of Pompei Church (2875 Rue Sauvé E, Montréal, QC H2B 1C6) followed by burial at Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery (4601 Ch. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V 1E7)

Giacinto was a friend to all and he will be deeply missed by all those that he touched on this earth. He was a broker for peace and make a significant contribution to the Associazione Frosolenese Inc. and to the club d’age d’or that he belonged to. May he rest in peace and watch over his loved ones. Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Giacinto as we will all mourn his loss.
We were very saddened to hear about Giacinto’s passing. Our deepest and sincerest Condolences to all his loved ones. We hope our prayers help you through this very difficult time. He was such a personable, smart and joyful person he impacted our lives every time we were in his presence, he will be truly missed. As he is raised to Heaven we pray that he rests in peace.
