Cristina Perrotta Forgione

Cristina Perrotta Forgione

April 7, 1933 - January 19, 2024

With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of our cherished mother and matriarch, Cristina Perrotta Forgione, on January 19, 2024. She departed this world peacefully at her home, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family.

Cristina touched the lives of many. Her compassionate spirit and radiant smile left a lasting imprint on the hearts of those she encountered. She was not only a devoted mother and a steadfast friend, but also a source of strength and inspiration.

Predeceased by her husband, Antonio Forgione, Cristina’s legacy continues through her children: Pino (Debra), Assunta (Jim), Adele (Marco), and Daniela. She was a cherished grandmother to her nine grandchildren: David, Emma, Jake, Alexandra, Jordana, Lauren, Olivia, AJ, and Will, who will carry forward her lessons of kindness and resilience.

We warmly invite family, friends, and those whose lives were touched by Cristina to join us in celebrating her remarkable life. In honoring Cristina’s spirit of giving, the family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Montreal.

You will be able to follow a live stream as of January 23rd, at 9:00 p.m.
