It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Mr. Bernardo Passarelli on January 13th, 2024, at the age of 86 years old. He leaves to mourn his wife Maria Luigia Di Buono.
Bernardo was a hard working, generous person, dedicated husband, loving Dad and grandfather.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Joe (Maria), Albe (Brigitte), Giovanna, along with his much-adored grand children Kevin, Jennifer and Tristan as well as many family members and friends.
A commemoration of his life will be held at Complexe Funéraire Loreto, 4975, boul. Des Grandes Prairies, St-Leonard, QC H1R 1A5, Wednesday January 17th 14:00 to 17:00 and 19:00 to 21:00.
Place of funeral
The funeral will take place on January 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Notre-Dame Du Mont Carmel Church (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S 2A1) followed by burial at Le Repos Saint-François d'Assise cemetery (6893 Sherbrooke St E, Montreal, Quebec H1N 1C7)

I have such happy memories of my summer visits to Montreal. Zio Bernardo was a gentle soul. There is a part of the Prayer of Saint Patrick that beautifully reflects how special you were, Zio: “Christ in the heart of everyone who thinks of me. Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me. Christ in the eye that sees me. Christ in the ear that hears me.” You were the kindest and sweetest uncle and everyone who thought of you, spoke of you, and spent time with you were blessed to have had the privilege.
