Ada Ludovico Di Carlo

July 21, 1942 - February 25, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ada Ludovico ( Di Carlo) who has passed peacefully on Sunday February 25th  at the age of 81.
She leaves to mourn her loving husband of 62 years, Vincenzo Di Carlo her daughters Maria (Eduardo), Ginetta (Nobile), Nicole  along with her adored grandchildren, Domenico, Vincenzo, Camillo, Giovanni  Adelina and Ada, who all loved her so very much.
As well as her sisters Vittoria and Anita and her brother Antonio and sisters in law Antonietta, Rosina (Franco) and Concetta (Ferdinando) and many nieces and nephews and friends.

A special thank you to the nurses and staff at the Marie Clarac palliative care facility for the amazing care provided for our Mom, as well as the staff at the Société des soins palliatifs du Grand Montréal.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Neuro, Montreal neurological institute would be greatly appreciated.

 


Place of funeral

The funeral will take place on March 2, 2024 at 11:30 AM at Mont Carmel church (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S 2A1) followed by burial at Le Repos Saint-François d'Assise cemetery (6893 Sherbrooke St E, Montreal, Quebec H1N 1C7)

  3. I was very privileged to have known this wonderful woman/mother in which I am very proud to say she’s my Godmother.
    She encompasses love, care and compassion.
    I was only 5yrs old when we met and I knew then that I would forever love her. She always welcomed me with open arms and I always felt safe in her presence.
    She will immensely be missed.
