It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Maria Mormina, on February
20 th , 2025.
Beloved wife of Mike Cecere, and a most devoted and loving mother to Michael Steven
and Rachel. She will be deeply missed by her loving siblings: Steve (Eleonora), Rosa
(Frank), Melina (Tony), her mother in law Natalina, and her brother in law Mario, as well
as her most cherished nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Maria was a source of endless love, kindness and generosity, touching the hearts and
lives of everyone she met. With the biggest heart and the kindest soul, she had a rare
gift for making people feel special, whether through a warm smile, a comforting word or
the unwavering support she gave so freely. She was deeply loved by her family, friends,
and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence brought light into every
room, and her love will continue to shine in our hearts forever.
