It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michele Seminara on April 9, 2024, at the age of 76. A husband, loving father, cherished brother, caring uncle and dear friend, Michele’s presence touched the lives of many.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and resilience. Michele is survived by his beloved wife, Lucia Girolamo, his children Teresa (Fabio) and Joanne (Samuel), his siblings: Concetta Colabelli (Michele), Lina D’Agostino (Vincenzo), Raffaele Seminara (Antoinette), and his sisters-in-law: Graziella Seminara, Pasqualina Seminara, Angela Lacroce (Vincenzo), and brother-in-law Nicola Girolamo (Charline). His impact extends to numerous other relatives and friends who were fortunate to know him, including nieces and nephews who were touched by his warmth and wisdom.
In the depths of our hearts, we shall forever hold Michele’s memory as that of a man who embraced life with unwavering passion. His love for ballroom and Latin dance went beyond mere steps; it embodied joy and freedom. Michele delighted in sharing his vast knowledge of history, politics, and poetry, igniting curiosity in those around him. With steadfast dedication, he worked hard to build a better life for his family, leaving an indelible mark on their lives. And even as the final curtain fell, Michele’s laughter and witty jokes echoed—a testament to his life’s mission: to brighten the world with humor.
