Italo Carriero

Italo Carriero

6 mars 1932 - 9 novembre 2019

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Italo Carriero. Italo passed away in the early morning of November 9th, at the age of 87.
Beloved husband of 58 years to Angela, loving and devoted father to Giancarmine (Annie), Fiorella, Sergio (Claudia), playful, caring, and adoring grandfather to Vanessa, Daniel, Thomas, and Camilla. He was a loving son to the late Carmine and Fiorenza, and cherished brother to Gigetto (Lucia), and uncle to Antonio (Angela, Maya, Luca), and Fiorenza Gabriella (Santino).
His legacy is one of kindness, selflessness, and optimism, often surrounded by family and friends, and always there for everyone, in both good times and in time of need.
Although he leaves a great void in our lives, as he moves on to eternal life, his smile, conversation, generosity, and wonderful memories will forever remain with us.
Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Italo Carriero to the Fondation de l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont: Immunology/Oncology Research Department https://www.fondationhmr.ca/en/donate/in-memoriam-donation/
