Giovanna Sciangula Meli passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Monday May 29, 2023. Beloved and adored wife of Domenico Meli for sixty-nine years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Giovanna (Janie) and Joe, Anna Maria and Maurizio, Nadia, and Fabio. Proudest grandmother of Vito (Jennie), Jennifer (Rocco), Sabrina (Danny), Laura (Domenic) Alessia, Lorenzo ( Cristina). Cherished great-grandmother of Mila Rose, Matteo, Sofia, Eva, Julia, Alexander, Elissa. Beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews. A heartfelt thanks to her nephew Gino for his exceptional devotion. She was blessed to live a life full of challenges, laughter, tears, and most of all love. She will be most remembered for her amazing bignolati, pizza and wide variety of cookies which were shared with family and friends. She will be dearly missed and takes our hearts with her.
