Assunta Vardaro Miglialo

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Assunta Vardaro Miglialo, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, on Friday January 17, 2025, at the age of 94.
Assunta will be forever remembered for her strength, love, and devotion to her family.
She leaves behind her children, Raffaele, Giuseppina (Rocco), Nicola (Nora), Angela, Sabino (Filomena), Carmine (Angie).
Her grandchildren; Melissa (Gabriele), Michele (Lina), Andrea, Stella (Tommy), Lawrence (Sheila), Vanessa, Tiffany, Joshua, Carling and Mia.
And her great-grandkids, Luca, Dalia, Mikayla, Rosella, Liana and Izaiah.
Assunta was predeceased by her loving husband, Erminio; her brothers Pasquale, Adolfo, and Armando; and her granddaughter, Andrea. She is survived by her sisters Pasqualina and Virginia.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Complexe Funeraire Loreto, located at 4975 Bd des Grandes-Prairies, Saint-Léonard, QC H1R 1A5 on Thursday, January 23th, 2025 from 2 pm to 5 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm.
A Funeral ceremony will be held to celebrate her life at Good News Chapel located at 5845 Bd Couture, Saint-Léonard, QC H1P 1A8, on Friday January 24th, 2025 at 11 am.
Interment will follow at Mount Royal Cemetery located at 1297 Foret Rd, Outremont, Quebec H2V 2P9.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Montreal Heart Institute.
