With profound love and sadness, we say farewell to our beloved mother, Maria Gioia Mignelli who was called to rest on February 20, 2026, at the age of 93. Her life was marked with grace, devotion and unwavering love for her family. Cherished wife of our late father Alessandro Mignelli, Maria was a devoted mother to Antonio (Marisa Ricci), Raffaele (Elvira Bergantino). She was a proud nonna to Elysia-Marie (Michael Iannelli), Alessandro, Carmine-Alexander (Serina Giagnotti), and Sabrina, and blessed with great grandchildren Ezio Giacomo Mignelli and Aurora Mae Iannelli. She will also be deeply missed by many family members and friends in Montreal, Toronto and Italy.
Place of funeral
The funeral mass will take place on February 27, 2026 at 11:15 AM at Notre De Pompei Church (2875 Rue Sauvé E, Montreal Quebec H2B 1C6) followed by burial at Le Repos St.Francois D'Assise cemetery (6893 Sherbrooke E, Montreal QC H1N 1C7)
