It is with profound sadness that the family of Giuseppina Lacopo Morgese, wife of the late Giuseppe Morgese announces her passing on September 2nd, 2025, at the age of 88.

Giuseppina was a woman of deep faith whose greatest joy in life was her family. She leaves to mourn her cherished sons Luigi (Gloria) and Antonio (Antoinette). She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her beloved grandchildren Melissa, Joseph (Lorena) Julia (Michael) & her great-grandson Cristiano.

She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother Michele (Antonina), her sisters Carmela & Maria (Pietro) as well as her many nieces, nephews and extended family whose lives she touched with her kindness and generosity.

Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.


Place of funeral

The funeral mass will take place on September 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Mont Carmel (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S 2A1) followed by burial at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetery (4601 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V 1E7)
