Giuseppe Catalano

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loving father Giuseppe Catalano who was born in Cattolica Eraclea, Sicily to Liboria and Antonino.

He joins his deceased wife Caterina Farruggia in heaven and leaves behind his two daughters Liboria (Leonardo) and Giovanna (Gary).  His grandchildren, Angela (Raymond), Jason (Carmel), Anthony (Jo-Anna) and great grandchildren Milena, Ella, Leah, Maxwell and Joseph gave him such pride and joy during his lifetime. He deeply cherished his role as a brother to Angelo (Josephine) and dearly missed Leonardo (Giuseppa), Ignazio (Giuseppina) and Giuseppa (Leonardo).  He was also a very proud uncle to his many nieces and nephews that he shared a special bond with.

The family wishes to express our gratitude to the outstanding and brave owners and caregivers at Manoir St. Joseph for their endless care throughout his stay.  We are grateful for his experience and level of care he received.  Donations can be made directly to the Heart and Stroke foundation.  

Place of Funeral: The family will receive condolences at Complexe Funeraire Loreto on February 29th between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and on March 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. followed by the funeral mass at 12:00 p.m. at our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.
