It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mattia Salvo Gentile, beloved wife of the late Antonino Gentile.
She leaves to mourn her children Maria (Alfonso), Nina (Tony), and Clara (Sabino). She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Joanna (Franco), Franco (Nadia), Melanie (Dario), Mattia (Laurent), Reno (Stephanie), Cristina (JF), Sabrina (Jesse), and Francesco (Sabrina), as well as her 12 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brothers Pietro (Antonina) and Giuseppe (Angelina), along with many other relatives and friends.
If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated in her memory.
Place of funeral
The funeral mass will take place on October 24, 2025 at 12:15 PM at Our Lady of La Difesa (6800 Henri Julien Ave, Montreal, Quebec H2S 2V4) followed by burial at Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery (4601 Chem. de la Cote-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V 1E7)
