It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vincenzo Albanese. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, older brother and friend, he will be remembered and missed by all who knew him.

He left us peacefully on May 18, surrounded by his loving wife of 67-years Caterina, his children Domenic (Carmelina), Gary (Carmelina), Nick (Lisanne) and his grandchildren.

We thank God for the precious years granted to us in his presence. Honored and grateful to have been a part of his life, his legacy will live on in the hearts of his family.

In lieu of flowers, and in his memory, a donation to the Maisonneuve Rosemont Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.


Place of funeral

The funeral will take place on May 25, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Mont Carmel Church (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S 2A1) followed by burial at Le Repos Saint-François d'Assise cemetery (6893 Sherbrooke St E, Montreal, Quebec H1N 1C7)
