Santa Chiazzese Farruggia

August 19, 1936 - January 18, 2022

Due to covid restrictions, a private viewing will be held for the immediate family only. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt sentiments to you.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mrs. Santa Chiazzese Farruggia announce her unexpected and sudden passing on Tuesday, January, 18, 2022. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Francesco Farruggia. She leaves behind her loving children Anna (Alfonso Reda-deceased), Maria (Alessandro Del Vecchio), Pasquale (Angelica Chiappetta), Giuseppe (Maria Cassano) and Tommaso (Nada Abu-Merhy). As well as her adoring grandchildren Assunta, Maria, Elmo ( Ferroudja Mesrouk), Veronica, Angela, Francesco, Julia, Luciano and Siena, along with her adored great-grandchildren Charles, Alex, Ryan and Lena.


Place of funeral

The funeral will take place on January 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Mont Carmel church (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S 2A1) followed by burial at Le Repos Saint-François d'Assise cemetery (6893 Sherbrooke St E, Montreal, Quebec H1N 1C7)
