It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Salvatore Battaglia on Wednesday May 22, 2019, at the age of 92.

Husband of the late Provvidenza Infantino. He will be sadly missed by his loving children Josie and Nancy. His sister Giuseppina (late Celestino) and deceased brother Nunzio. 

Also, brother and sister-in-laws: late Antonina and Luigi, late Antonio (Giuseppina), Luigi (Salvina), James (Mona) as well as many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.


Place of funeral

The funeral will take place on May 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Consolata church (1700 Jean Talon St E, Montreal, QC H2E 1T2) followed by burial at Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery (4601 Côte-des-Neiges Rd, Montreal, QC H3V 1E7)

  9. It’s was a great pleasure to have spent some time with your Dad this past year. I have some wonderful memories trying to explain to your Dad in my bad Italian that I was just going to get the car, he would look at me an give me that wonderful smile he had.
