In Montréal , at the age of 93 years passed away Isabella Regina Tomanelli, beloved wife of the late Silvio Tomanelli.
She leaves to mourn her children: late Antonia, Maria (Ralph), Gloria, Rocco (Giovanna), Audrey, Annie, Andrea (Carmela), Dorina (Tony), Frankie, Lino, Mario, and Silvio (Olga). She will also be sadly missed by her cherished grandchildren: Darlene, David, Mark, Sophia, Bianca, Matthew, Katreena, David & Alex as well as her beloved great grandchildren: Sarah, Cristian, Emily, Jonathan, Alena, & Aria. Her sister-in-law Mary Stallone, as well as many nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
The visitation will take place at Complexe Funéraire Loreto, 4975 boul. Des Grandes Praires, St-Léonard, on Monday June 14, 2021, from 4 to 8 pm, and Tuesday morning as of 9:00 am till 10:30am , followed by the funeral mass at Pompei Church at 11:00am with a restriction of only the 50 family members present DUE TO COVID-19.

hearts , Antoniette Camplone and sister Madeleine Hart , we met all the family at you’re dad’s funeral, we gave big hugs to you’re beautiful mom along with such a special family, but then when we came to you’re mom’s funeral it was very touching, my sister loved Isabella she thought the world of her every time when she visited her she always had a story and lots of laughter, what an amazing mother very impressed with everything they encountered which I think will remain in my sister’s heart forever. Mimi and my sister have been good friends for 40 years along side you’re family which she enjoys visiting with on different ocassions. We know that you’re mom who raised 12 children and she is up there in a special place with God smiling and no longer suffering she had a great journey, now she’s with all her other siblings she hasn’t seen for such a long time and loving every moment, later on you will all see her again in that special place please don’t be sad think of all the joy she gave you and cherished all of you with love.

I went to see her many times at the CHSLD St.Michel .
She would always say Angie ( make me les Pitinesse with e brillante ,
I enjoyed making them for her & the beautiful smile she had when I would bring them to her & always always said grazie come soon belle ,whether in person or on the phone.
I was touched to see she was wearing the ( Pitinesse )at her viewing !
I will keep this beautiful mother in my heart forever.

Such sad news. From grades 5 to 11, the Tomanelli family was my 2nd family and Isabella, who I considered my second mom, always welcomed me to the table and more. I loved Toni, Mimi, Gloria, Ricky, Audrey, Annie, Andrew, Doreen, Frankie, Lino, Mario and Silvio as my adopted sisters and brothers and today I mourn with you the passing of your queen mother. My deepest sympathies. Every time I make my rapini recipe I’ll toast to Isabella. I believe this was also one of her favorite dishes. So, thank you mama Tomanelli and rest in peace in Toni’s arms.
