It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of Giuseppe Sciascia, on Friday, September 03, 2021, at the age of 94. He was born and raised in Cattolica Eraclea ( Sicily). Married Giuseppina Ragusa on October 10, 1954, and moved to Montreal in 1955 to start his legacy.
He passed away surrounded by his loved ones. He raised five children that were his pride and joy, Alex ( Giovanna), Maria, Antonina ( Giovanni) Pasquina ( Tony), Pasquale ( Patrizia). He also leaves behind with great sadness his ten grandchildren that he deeply cherished, Josie (Bruno), Madeleine ( Joey), Joseph Vito ( Lea), Anita ( Jade), Jonathan, Adamo, Michael, Ricardo, Alessia, Arianna, and also his great-grandchildren, Olivia, Chloe, and Angelina.
In addition, he leaves his brother-in-law Antonino ( Santina), Gaspare, and sister-in-law Angela.
