March 4, 1930 - January 5, 2021

It is with great sadness that the family of Eugenio Vileno announces his passing after a brief illness, on Tuesday, January 5th, 2021 at 2 AM, at the age of 90 years. Eugenio will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Rosaria and his children, Luigina (Leo) and Antonio (Hilda). Eugenio will also be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, Sara, Alex, Carlo and Leonardo, his sister, Lucia (Vincenzo), his brother-in-law Nicola and many relatives and friends.  You will always be remembered for your optimism, tenacity and love of life.  You are always with us in spirit, forever and ever more.

C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons la mort d’Eugenio Vileno. Il est décédé le mardi 5 janvier 2021 à 2h00 à l’âge de 90 ans. Il laisse derrière lui sa femme Rosaria, sa fille Luigina (Leo) et son fils Antonio (Hilda), ses petits-enfants Sara, Alexander, Carlo et Leonardo, sa soeur Lucia (Vincenzo), son beau-frère Nicola et beacoup de parenté et amis. Tout le monde s’en souvient de son enthousiasme, sa ténacité et son amour de la vie.  Il est toujours avec nous en esprit, et ne nous laissera jamais.

Circondata dall’affetto dei suoi cari, giorno 5 Gennaio 2021 alle ore 2, è tornato alla casa del Signore Eugenio Vileno. Ne danno la triste notizia la moglie Rosaria Rinaldi, la figlia Luigina (Leo) ed il figlio Antonio (Hilda), i nipoti Sara, Alexander, Carlo e Leonardo, la sorella Lucia (Vincenzo), il cognato Nicola e tanti parenti ed amici.  Tutti li ricordano del suo ottimismo, sua tenacità, e suo amore della vita.  Sará sempre con noi, nei nostre anime e nelle nostre cuori.

Place of funeral

The funeral will take place on April 23, 2024 at 6:32 AM at Loreto (4975 Des Grandes Prairies, St-Leonard (QC) H1R 1A5) followed by burial at Notre Dame Des Nieges cemetery (4601 Cote Des Nieges, Montreal, QC, H3V 1E7)

  3. It is with great sadness that I learned about your loss. Our loved one canot be replaced but their mélodies will always be with us. I have memories of a gentle, hard working, generous man and my prayers goes out to you all.
