September 15, 1992 - September 26, 2019

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel Ferraro at the age of 27 after a short and courageous battle with cancer. He was beloved and cherished son of:  Maria (Mary) Manitta and Giuseppe (Joe) Ferraro. He will be deeply missed by his godfather: Frank Manitta, his aunts and uncles: Mike and Lisa Ferraro, Johnny and Mary Ferraro, Francesca and Roberto Egiziano and many cousins and friends.

A special thanks to the doctors and staff of the Sacré-Coeur Hospital for their care and devotion.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Daniel to Lung Cancer Canada.


Place of funeral

The funeral will take place on October 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church (11 775, Filion St. Montréal (Qc) H4J 1T4) followed by burial at Le Repos St.Francois D`Assise cemetery (6893, rue Sherbrooke Est Montréal (Québec) H1N 1C7)

  10. Daniel was always a refreshingly positive person, always with that great smile that I remember from highschool. This is extremely sad news, my condolences to his family and loved ones.

    Seems like only yesterday we were playing for the L’Acadie Rockets. I’ll never forget all the times you made us laugh in high school. The lord hath taken you much too soon.

    Je vous présentes mes plus sincères condoléances. Je suis une collègue de Daniel à la succursale Fleury .
    Je suis énormément touché , malgré l’émotion que cela me rappel ayant aussi perdue ma fille de 24 ans Catherine il y a un an , je serai présente au salon .

    Je comprends comme parent la douleur de votre perte, le deuil ne se fait jamais complètement quand c’est notre enfant , nous apprenons seulement avec le temps à vivre avec son absence . Il n’y a pas de mot sauf de vous dires que vous surmonterez cette épreuve un jour à la fois et que de la haut , Daniel veillera sur vous .
